Seashine Pool Villa

The newest 3-bedroom private pool villa in Klong Muang can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. You may use an additional bed to host up to 7 guests. Located just a 15-minute walk from Klong Muang Beach.

We don't just rent out the house but also provide assistance and services, including transportation and tours. Let us make your holidays comfortable.

Each bedroom has two single beds (3.5 ft each), air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a 43" Smart TV. Each room also includes a private bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a bathtub in the bathroom.

The villa features a living room with a large sofa and a 50" Smart TV, a fully equipped western-style kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, a dining area, and a bathroom. We also have a Thai-style kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The extra bed for the 7th and 8th guests will be in the 1st bedroom, where a black sofa is located. The extra bed for the 9th guest will be placed in the living room. Please note that the 8th and 9th guests must pay an extra guest fee of 500 baht per person per night.

Additionally, there is a half-bathroom located in a room under the stairs.

We are delighted to inform you that we donate a portion of every booking to the local community cleanup group, 'Beautiful Klong Muang', every month.

Our fully furnished villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection.

We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels.

We also include two beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and fruit upon your arrival.

We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding.

Feel free to contact us for a monthly rate if you would like to stay for more than one month.

Please let us know before the check-in date if you would like to request a baby cot (weight limit: 15 Kg) or a high chair, no additional charge is required.

If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and be on time when getting picked up in front of the villa.

Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on having an extra guest stay with you and pay an additional fee of 500 baht per person per night. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use. We can accommodate up to 2 extra beds for 8th and 9th guests.
