A wardrobe contains a safe box and clothes hangers.

The bathroom: a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), a head shower (cold water), and located in the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.

The balcony: a small table with chairs.

The living room: a TV, an internet router, an AC, a fan, a sofa, and a dining table with chairs.

An extra bed for the 3rd guest can be put in the living room. For a baby cot, it can be put in the bedroom or in the living room.

- Cats are in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not enter your unit.

- The first aid kit is located in our family lounge. Message us if you need assistance.

- We provide a free weekly cleaning service. For additional cleaning (500 baht per service, including bedding changes), please inform us at least two days in advance.

- Electricity and water are included for stays of less than 28 nights.

For stays over 27 nights or with a monthly Airbnb discount, electricity is charged at 7 baht per unit and water at 32 baht per unit. Monthly electricity bills typically range from 2,000 to 4,000 baht but may reach 6,000 baht depending on usage.
