At Sea Condo is located in the Klong Muang area.

This studio is 37 square meters.

Living area: 1 King bed, wardrobe (safety box and clothes hangers are inside), a TV, the dining table with chairs, and access to the balcony.

Bathroom: A toilet, a basin, hand shower, and head shower. We provide soap and shampoo.

Balcony: a small table with chairs.

Kitchen: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, cookware (e.g. pan and pot), and kitchenware (e.g. spoons, forks, spatula, knives, and dishes).

- Cats are in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not enter your unit.

- The first aid kit is located in our family lounge. Message us if you need assistance.

- We provide a free weekly cleaning service. For additional cleaning (500 baht per service, including bedding changes), please inform us at least two days in advance.

- Electricity and water are included for stays of less than 28 nights.

For stays over 27 nights or with a monthly Airbnb discount, electricity is charged at 7 baht per unit and water at 32 baht per unit. Monthly electricity bills typically range from 1,500 to 3,000 baht but may reach 4,000 baht depending on usage.
