The villa features two bedrooms, which can comfortably host 4 guests. You may use additional beds and sofa beds to host up to 6 guests.

We don't just rent out the house but also provide assistance and services, including transportation and tours. Let us make your holidays comfortable.

The swimming pool is for you to enjoy. There are a kitchen and a BBQ stove for you to cook anything you wish.

Second bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 people) & 1 Sofa Bed (1 person)

An extra bed can be placed in the living room for the 7th guest.

Please note that the 7th guest will be charged 9 USD per night for an extra guest fee. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use.

In the living room TV, you can watch YouTube, Thai TV channels, CNN International, BBC World News, Al Jazeera English, Bloomberg, and CCTV 4. Moreover, you can watch kids and entertainment channels such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and many HBO-related channels. Plus, you can log in to your Netflix/Amazon Prime Video accounts.

We are delighted to inform you that we donate a portion of every booking to the local community cleanup group, 'Beautiful Klong Muang', every month.

You can access the entire space.

Our pool is 3.5 x 6.5 meters in size and has a depth of 127 centimeters and 163 centimeters.

Our fully furnished villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection.

We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels.

We also include two beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and fruit upon your arrival.

We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding.

Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights.

For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 6 baht per unit. Water will be charged 10 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included.

The electricity bill for this villa is 4,000–5,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 7,000 baht per month, depending on your usage.

Please note that if you would like a special offer for custom dates (a week & more), we will send you the offer that does not include electricity and water fees.

Feel free to contact us for a monthly rate if you would like to stay for more than one month.

Please let us know before the check-in date if you would like to request a baby cot (weight limit: 15 Kg) or a high chair, no additional charge is required.

If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and be on time when getting picked up in front of the villa.
