Main bedroom: 1 King bed, air-conditioning, a dressing table with a hair dryer & a chair, and access to the large balcony.

A wardrobe contains a safe box, clothes hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. It comes with its own bathroom, which has a bathtub.

This bedroom can accommodate a 5th guest with an extra bed of 3.5 ft or a crib.

Second bedroom: 1 Queen bed with air conditioning and access to the large balcony. A wardrobe with clothes hangers and a dressing table with a chair are available.

Bathroom 1: features a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), a head shower (cold water), and a bathtub (hot & cold water), and is located in the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.

Bathroom 2: features a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), and a head shower (cold water), and is located between the kitchen and the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.

The living room: a 50” Sony Android TV which you can watch and log-in to your Netflix/YouTube/Amazon Prime Video, an internet router, a fan, a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and access to two balconies.

Large balcony: a wooden table with 2 chairs.

Small balcony: a small table and a chair.

Kitchen: a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker, cookware (e.g. pan and pot), and kitchenware (e.g. spoons, forks, spatula, knives, and dishes).

- To book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and arrive on time for pickup.

- Cats are in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not enter your unit.

- The first aid kit is located in our family lounge. Message us if you need assistance.

- We provide a free weekly cleaning service. For additional cleaning (500 baht per service, including bedding changes), please inform us at least two days in advance.

- Electricity and water are included for stays of less than 28 nights.

For stays over 27 nights or with a monthly Airbnb discount, electricity is charged at 7 baht per unit and water at 32 baht per unit. Monthly electricity bills typically range from 3,000 to 6,000 baht but may reach 9,000 baht depending on usage.
